Postal Services

The postal service is usually open from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. each day with a half day on Saturday and closed on Sunday.

There is a Post office on Montri Rd in Phuket Town and on Rat-U-Thit Rd in Patong.
Smaller branches are scattered throughout Phuket.

To send a postcard to Europe is 18 Baht and to send a letter is 30 Baht.
To send either of these items within Thailand is 5 Baht (prices 15.9.10)

Important items can be sent UPS or DHL which is faster and safer but the cost is higher.
